Share documents under an NDA

Publish your NDA, choose which documents people can ask for, and approve who reads them.

Set the rules

  1. Step 1: Open Access requests

Choose Page in the dock, then the Access requests tab and Edit rules.

  2. Step 2: Write your NDA

Give it a title and paste the text, then Publish as v1. People stay on the version they signed, and the text is kept as evidence.

  3. Step 3: Choose documents and duration

Pick the Documents people can ask for (only documents set to Behind NDA), and how long access lasts, from 1 to 365 days (14 by default).

  4. Step 4: Approve trusted domains

Add up to 50 Approved domains. Requests from those work email domains are approved automatically. Personal email providers can’t be approved this way.

What visitors do

On your trust center, visitors choose Request documents, give their name, work email and company, pick the documents they need and sign the NDA. They confirm their email with a 6-digit code.

Decide

Requests wait in your Inbox and on the Access requests tab. Approve shares all the documents or just one; Decline can include a note, which we email them. Approved people get a private link, and every PDF they download carries their email on each page.

End access stops a link at once. Export CSV downloads the whole list for your records.
