Choose a plan and pay

How layers, editors, the free trial, invoices and VAT work, and how to change or cancel your plan.

2 min readUpdated

What you pay for

Each layer you turn on has one monthly price for your workspace, and turning on all 8 costs less as the complete stack. The trust center itself is always free. Every stack includes 3 editors: anyone who can edit, so owners, admins and editors. Each editor after that is $8 or 30 a month. Viewers are free and unlimited. Prices are in US dollars or Saudi riyals (), whichever you choose when you set up your workspace, and exclude 15% VAT. See the pricing page for today’s prices.

The free trial

Your 30-day trial starts when you first choose layers, with no card. We remind you 3 days before it ends. If there’s no plan by then, editing pauses: your trust center and status page stay online and nothing is deleted.

Start a plan

  1. Step 1: Add a card

In Billing, choose Add a card. We place a hold of $1 or 1, in your billing currency, to check it and release it straight away. mada cards work, and we keep only the brand, last four digits and expiry.

  2. Step 2: Add your billing details

Enter your legal name, VAT number, address, city and postal code for your tax invoices.

  3. Step 3: Choose monthly or yearly

Yearly is paid up front and covers 12 months for the price of 10. Then choose Start plan now.

Changes and invoices

  • Adding a layer or an extra editor is charged for the days left in the period; removing one is credited from the next day.
  • Switching to yearly is charged now, prorated. Switching to monthly takes effect at the end of the year.
  • Every payment comes with a ZATCA tax invoice you can download as a PDF.
  • If a renewal fails, we try again 1, 3 and 5 days later. After that, editing pauses until it’s paid.

Cancel

Choose Cancel plan. It stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then editing pauses. Resume plan undoes it. At 10 editors or more, talk to us about Enterprise pricing.
