Get notices by email
Choose which notices reach your own inbox. Everyone on the team picks their own.

Email notices don’t need a connection. Each person chooses what reaches their inbox in Settings › Notifications, and gets it in their own language. Integrations then send the same events, and more, to your team’s shared tools.
What you can get
| Notice | When | Who can get it |
|---|---|---|
| New vulnerability report | A researcher sends a report to your disclosure program. | Editors, admins and owners |
| Access request waiting | Someone asks for a document behind your NDA. | Editors, admins and owners |
| A certificate is about to expire | 90, 30 and 7 days before it ends. | Editors, admins and owners |
| A monitor goes down or recovers | An incident opens or is resolved on your status page. | Editors, admins and owners |
| Billing and payments | Trial ending, receipts and failed payments. | Owners and admins |
- Viewers don’t get these notices, since they can’t act on them.
- Owners always get payment emails: receipts, failed payments, card changes and renewal amounts.
- Choose Send a test to see how bynh emails look.
- Your morning brief and the address emails go to are in your email settings.
Emails about integrations
When bynh turns a connection off after repeated failures, every workspace owner gets an email naming the connection, the last error and how to fix it, whatever their notification settings. See Read the delivery log.
